1. Location Master Setup
Assign office and site-specific locations using latitude and longitude.
Attendance can only be marked within a 10-meter geofenced radius of the set location.
Multiple locations can be linked under one master for flexible workforce mobility.
2. Employee Master Management
Employee creation requires two steps:
First, create the employee profile (via app or admin panel).
Second, assign roles and login/permission rights through the Permissions section.
HODs and Admins manage access levels and control who can:
Create/edit master records.
Mark attendance at various sites.
3. Shift Master and Scheduling
Create custom shifts with fields for:
Shift type (Day/Night), timings, grace period, late duration, overtime.
Auto-calculation of attendance, half-day, or full-day deductions.
Each employee’s attendance is tied to a specific shift and site.
4. Attendance and Regulation
Attendance marking: GPS-based within geofence.
Manual correction via “Regulation” if attendance is missed or incorrect.
Regulation requires manager/HOD approval.
Overtime or “extra time” is also regulated and paid based on master setup.
5. Leave Management
Leave types: CL (Casual), ML (Medical), PL (Privilege).
Leave applications:
Are deducted from the balance after approval.
Statuses include: LP (Leave Pending), Approved Leave.
Leave customization possible based on organizational policy.
6. Holiday Master
Define location-specific holiday lists.
Employees can view holidays mapped to their assigned location.
7. Expense Management
Add daily/project-based expenses under defined heads (e.g., Travel, Food).
Multiple entries can be made; reports will consolidate by employee and project.
Mapping of expenses to specific projects is supported.
8. Delegation & Task Assignment
Tasks can be delegated by Admins/HODs.
Task updates and tracking are accessible via the system.
🧩 Pending/Action Items
Create all required masters (Location, Employee, Shift, Leave, Holiday).
Map employees properly to locations and shifts.
Assign correct permissions (admin, HOD, employee).
Ensure all configurations are set before payroll cycle cutoff (e.g., 2nd of each month).
Plan and submit a customization list if additional changes are needed.
✅ Suggested Next Step:
Test the system live with a few employees for attendance, shift adherence, leave, and regulations.
Use this controlled pilot to finalize data flows and identify any edge cases.
